2. Description of Services

Blockwealth provides a software platform that enables financial advisors, wealth managers, and institutions to manage and allocate cryptocurrency portfolios, execute trades via third-party integrations (e.g., Coinbase, Anchorage), and track client assets. We do not custody client assets directly unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We are not responsible for losses due to compromised accounts.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for money laundering or illicit activity

6. Investment Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and carry significant risk. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose all invested capital
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Blockwealth does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice
• All investment decisions are made at your own discretion.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as Coinbase, Anchorage Digital, and other custodians or exchanges. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or losses from third-party providers or security breaches outside our system.

8. Fees

Fees may include:

• Assets Under Management (AUM) fees
• Subscription or platform fees

All fees will be disclosed separately and are subject to change with notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on the Platform are owned by Blockwealth. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of data, platform uptime, or investment outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blockwealth is not liable for loss of funds, trading losses, or indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blockwealth from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
